Taft High School football seniors Dwayne Stanford and Adolphus Washington pose in front of cameras after announcing their university of choice.

A week from now high school athletes, all across the country, will be signing their college of choice. State representative Alicia Reece wants to change that by introducing a bill, in the statehouse, that will allow state universities to pay its athletes.

If this law comes into place, it will only effect state universities in Ohio.
