Lower Manhattan residents, whose homes are still under water and without power, have been turning to dumpsters for food.

While a WNBC TV truck, was driving through the New York area, they saw residents, in the lower east side, dumpster diving behind a Key Foods supermarket.

“We’ve seen everyone here from the elderly, to families with children, literally up on top of this,” reports WNBC’s Jonathan Vigliotti.
