Short On Cash: City Can’t Even Take On The Lowest Streetcar Bidder!

Cincinnati city officials may have to take new bids on a major piece of the streetcar project.

They may scrap all three proposals for track construction, after came in well above the city’s $45 million estimate.

The lowest of the three bids was $71 million with the highest at almost $90 million.
