Two Howard University students are suing the school and a campus sorority for alleged human rights violations.

Laurin Compton and Lauren Cofield are part of a federal lawsuit against Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Howard University. They claim that they experienced hazing at the sorority, and were also denied access to join.

Howard University is part of the lawsuit because the plaintiffs claim the institution failed to protect them as students.

Jacque Reid, of the TJMS, invited the attorney of the girls to call in and discuss the lawsuit. In case you missed the interview this morning, you can listen below.
