The defendant identified by a murder victim, by the blinking of his eyes, will spend at least 36 years in prison.

Ricardo Woods was sentenced in Hamilton County, Thursday, for a conviction on murder and other charges.

Woods was identified in 2010 by David Chandler, who was paralyzed in the shooting. He could only blink to answer questions.
