Anti-Traffic Camera Bill Moves to Ohio House for Vote

    An Ohio House committee has approved legislation that would outlaw speed cameras in the state .

    The measure could be taken up by the full house this week.

    The bill was introduced in part after complaints over the cameras at Elmwood Place, which were called a scam in a judicial opinion.
